Refund Policy:

The Law Office of Lance Fletcher, (Attorney), normally charges by way of a flat fee. The flat fee is the total fee, subject to the terms of any retainer agreement, to be paid by you to Attorney to compensate Attorney for Attorney's time, attention, and making himself available. Should Attorney withdraw from or be discharged prior to a disposition of the case, Attorney's fees will be the greater of either the minimum fee or Attorney's time charges and expenses calculated at a standard hourly rate as specified in the retainer agreement plus expenses, with the remainder to be refunded. The minimum fee shall be the lesser of either the amount as specified in the retainer agreement or the flat fee. The minimum time increment is one twentieth of an hour (.05), and you will be billed at this increment for all work performed under this agreement. Nothing stated herein is meant to alter or modify any of the provisions of any written retainer agreement.

Privacy Policy:

The Law Office of Lance Fletcher will, subject to any retainer agreement, treat all information provided by a client or prospective client as confidential and attorney-client privileged. Therefore, The Law Office of Lance Fletcher will not misuse, sell, or exploit any information provided to us. All of your information provided to us is for the express purpose of processing your payment. The information collected is as follows:

• Defendant's name
• Account information
• Billing Address
• Phone number
• E-mail

We protect the security of your personal information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts (scrambles) information you input.

Credit Card Transaction Policy:

By submitting this payment you understand and agree that: (1) You have retained the Law Office of Lance Fletcher, (2) A satisfactory agreement has been reached regarding legal fees, (3) Your payment will be charged to the credit or debit account information submitted above, (4) You have permission and authority to use this credit card or debit card; (5) The credit card or debit card account is open and sufficient funds are available; (6) The attorney listed above or anyone acting on his behalf may apply any and all proceeds resulting from the above described charging to attorney's business, IOLA, or any other bank account; (7) You authorize the above described attorney to process this payment using any third-party credit card processor ; and (8) The attorney listed above is not responsible for any additional charges incurred to you by your bank or credit card provider assessed in connection with this transaction or any of the inherent risks associated with electronic commerce, and (9) Any submitted information may be permanently kept on file by the above described attorney.
